Initial Consultation

The first step in our process is to make sure that we are a good fit for you and your project. We'll start with an initial consultation to understand your vision and make sure you feel comfortable with our team, knowledge, and process.  We can provide an architectural referral in the event you need to initiate plan development.

During this phase you provide your final architectural plans.  We will establish an approximate budget for the scope or phases of your project.  We'll draw up and review our pre-construction agreement.  Once you are ready to begin the creative process, we each sign the agreement and move to the Project Design Phase.  We can offer expert guidance and financing options that best suit the needs of the client and the project.  A deposit will be asked for as a commitment at this time.

We carefully selected a designer that works with  our team, aligns with your project's specific requirements, and they will proceed to craft drawings for your future home. Simultaneously, we invite multiple subcontractors in each category to assess the project and submit their bids. After thorough evaluation, we present you with the all-encompassing Project Bid, which includes the construction estimate and selection allowance, highlighting the finest upgrades available. Once you express your satisfaction with the proposal, the contract is signed and the project is underway.

During the pre-construction phase, we handle all the necessary permits and schedule your project. We take care of all the permitting requirements and ensure that the structural engineering and trades fully comply with building codes. We establish a Production Schedule and present a detailed project timeline, keeping you informed every step of the way.  As part of our commitment to smooth operations, our team will grant you access and onboard you to our project management software, providing you with seamless communication and progress tracking. During this phase, we also work closely with you to confirm your material selections, ensuring they are ordered in a timely manner, keeping the project on track and within the desired timeline.

The construction phase is the exciting stage where the real action begins, and progress takes shape. There will be monthly meetings and selection cutoff dates that will take place. You will be given a schedule which is updated and emailed weekly with an email update as to what took place each week. There will also be scheduled walk throughs with your Project Manager/Superintendent and Designer. The construction process is extensive starting with site work, foundation, and framing, which lay the groundwork for the rest of the project. From there, every element is meticulously constructed, ranging from insulation to flooring, all carefully aligned with the agreed-upon specifications to bring your vision to life.

Please be aware that change orders will apply to accommodate adjustments that may arise during the construction process. Our goal is to ensure that your dream project is realized with precision and excellence.

Congratulations, your new home is now ready for you to enjoy! As part of our commitment to delivering excellence, our team will conduct a thorough punch list to ensure that everything is completed to your utmost satisfaction.

After the final touches, we will present you with a certificate of warranty, providing you with added peace of mind.

Our relationship with you does not end with the completion of the project. We genuinely care about your satisfaction, and to ensure that your home remains as remarkable as the day you move in, we will conduct post-sale follow-ups at 90 days and 11 months. These periodic check-ins allow us to address any potential concerns and guarantee that you are completely delighted with the final result of your project.
